I’m so tired, but I’m pumped for tomorrow!

Tomorrow, I have the day off school, so my friends and I are going on a road trip. Woohoo! This is out first road trip together and I’m kind of nervous because a) we could get hopelessly lost, b) I still haven’t packed, and c) I’ll be spending 24 hours in close quarters with 3 other people. I love my friends, I really do. It’s just that after a while of being in an enclosed space with certain I usually get all irritable and annoyed. And I can never tell which people will annoy me until we’re actually stuck in that kind of situation.

Hopefully, I’ll be able to film while we’re on this trip and be able to make my first official vlog, which is more nerve racking than the trip to be entirely honest. What if my camera dies? What if my friends won’t let me film them? I’ve never really edited a video or filmed myself or my friends, so we’ll have to see how this all works out. It can’t be that hard, right? Right?

But I’m getting ahead of myself. First, I need to start packing my stuff. Since it’s just a day trip, I shouldn’t need too much. Whenever I’m going somewhere, I always feel like I’m forgetting to pack something. Even if I’ve check 100 times, I always have the stupid feeling that I’m going to forget something crucial. Like my glasses, or a tampon, or pants. Does this happen to you too?

Right now my list of things I need includes:

  • contact case and solution; glasses
  • face wash, moisturizer, face cloth
  • toothbrush/paste
  • change of clothing and pajamas
  • cellphone, iPod, camera
  • money, lots of money
  • lotion, lip chap, cover up, makeup remover
  • snacks for on the road

That’s about it. I don’t like to pack a whole lot if I’m staying over at a friend’s house or traveling. Did I forget anything? How much do you pack?

I am so excited for tomorrow! I’ll fill you all in on how it goes!
